- She comes to your studio and certifies your team on your own machines. She runs Lagree L1 certification and L2 courses on-site.
- What is Lagree L1 Certification?
- 3 to 4 days · 24 hours · for new coaches. The foundation. Your coaches leave certified and ready to teach safe, hard classes.
- What is Lagree L2 Courses?
- For certified coaches · one course or several back to back. New variations and deeper technique your members will feel the week she leaves.
- What is Precision Coaching + L2 Form and Alignment?
- 8 hours with physiotherapist Asteera Singh · live or on Zoom. Cueing, form and alignment at a level most coaches never get taught.
- What is Studio foundations?
- For studio owners. Setup and team structure from someone who has trained studios across the region.
- How does hosting a training work?
- 1. Send your city, dates and team size. 2. Ciarra confirms the course and the dates. 3. You fill the seats with your coaches. 4. She teaches on-site, on your machines. 5. Your trainees join her community and book their 1-on-1.
- Which machines do we need?
- Lagree Megaformers. The course runs on your own machines, in the room your team will teach in.
- How many trainees per course?
- It depends on your studio. Ask in your request and Ciarra will confirm.
- Who covers travel?
- It depends on your studio. Ask in your request and Ciarra will confirm.
- Can we sell spots to coaches from other studios?
- It depends on your studio. Ask in your request and Ciarra will confirm.
- How far ahead should we book?
- Her calendar books months out, so ask early for the dates you want.
- Which languages does she teach in?
- Courses are taught in English. She also speaks Filipino.
- How much does it cost?
- Pricing depends on the course, your city and your team size. Ask for a quote.
- What happens after the course?
- Every trainee joins her private trainee community and gets a 30-minute 1-on-1 with Ciarra.
- How do I book or ask a question?
